Amendments

Alterations of our amendments to these by-laws may be made by a sixty-six percent [66%] vote of the members at a duly called meeting. The members shall be advised in writing by the Church Secretary of the proposed amendments at least two [2] weeks prior to discussion by the Church body. Thirty-three percent [33%] of the voting membership shall consititute a quorum for this meeting. Upon acceptance of any or all amendments, each member shall receive a revised page or pages of the Constitution in order to keep their copy up to date.
