Dissolution

Should it become necessary for this Church to disband, the remaining assets, after settlement of all liabilities, shall be transferred to one or more non-profit charitable organizations whose purpose and objectives and Statement of Faith are similar to those of this Church as stipulated in Articles II and IV of the Church Constitution.
